More than kebab
Alvand started as a Persian kitchen in 1991, but the menu grew with the city. Today the same kitchen sends out chicken biryani for an Indian family, a lamb mandi-style platter for an Arab table, and a koobideh for an Iranian regular — all from the same charcoal mangal.
